I am proud to be a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I obtained a degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing. Throughout my career, I have acquired several securities registrations, including Series 6, 7, 63, and 65, along with life, health, and annuity insurance licenses. My expertise lies in retirement income planning, financial needs analysis, estate planning, and assisting families in transition. I possess a deep understanding of railroad retirement benefits and social security, enabling me to help my clients plan for all stages of their financial journeys.
In addition to my financial qualifications, I am a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and proudly hold the distinction of being the first Second Saturday presenter in Nebraska. I am an active member of P.E.O. Chapter HX, where I currently serve, and have previously held the position of chapter President. I am also a member and former President of the Nebraska chapter of WIFS (Women in Insurance and Financial Services). Presently, I am the Past National Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for WIFS and I currently hold the position of Members-at-Large Director.
I am honored to serve on the GraceHill Lutheran Church Board, contributing to the growth and development of our community. Recognitions have come my way as a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table*. I was also part of the Female Advisor Network of Principal Financial Group and was recently honored with the 2022 Principal Financial Group Community Impact Award.
As an active participant in my community, I am the founding member of 100 Women Who Care – Bennington, where we strive to make a positive difference. In July of 2023, I had the privilege of being recognized as the "North Platte Public Schools Foundation Outstanding Alumni." In my personal life, I am fortunate to share my journey with my husband, Rick. Together, we have the joy of raising our three children: Ashly, Alex, and Eli. We are also accompanied by our silly Saint Bernard named Ivy.
