Melissa Hays

Melissa Hays is our Director of Business Operations. Melissa assists with client questions, oversees Human Resources, organizes client events, and is in charge of licensing and compliance. Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has her insurance license. Melissa has three children and is lucky that they all live in Omaha. Melissa loves to spend time being "Gamma" and "Gigi" with her grandbabies. In her spare time, Melissa loves being outside, traveling, and watching football.
