I am a Wealth Manager Assistant at Vintage Financial Group, where I have been working in the financial services industry for over three years. I am truly passionate about what I do and find immense satisfaction in helping people pursue their dreams and goals. In 2023, I obtained the Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification, which has further enhanced my knowledge and expertise in the field. I hold a degree in finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with concentrations in investment sciences and portfolio management, banking and financial markets, and business finance.
During my time at the university, I had the privilege of serving as the Portfolio Manager for the Maverick Investment Club, where I honed my skills in managing portfolios and making informed financial decisions. As a result of my dedication and hard work, I was honored with the Banking and Financial Markets Student of the Year Award in 2023. Additionally, I served as the Vice-President of the Maverick Banking Association, where I had the opportunity to lead and coach others.
One of the aspects I find most rewarding about my job is the opportunity to consistently learn. The financial industry is constantly evolving, and I embrace the chance to stay updated with the latest trends and developments. Moreover, assisting financial advisors as they educate clients and build unique and efficient financial plans tailored to their goals and dreams is a true joy for me. I firmly believe that the greatest value we can provide for our clients is the ability to educate them on financial literacy.
Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Whether it's golfing, hunting, or fishing, I relish the opportunity to unwind and connect with nature. I also make it a point to stay well-informed by reading the Wall Street Journal and professional development books. Additionally, I prioritize my physical well-being by engaging in regular workouts.
